2022-12-22 Part 1 - Terry Hall of The Specials Memorial

Part 1 of 2022-12-22 is focused on songs in memory of the passing of Terry Hall, the legendary lead singer of the 2 Tone ska band The Specials.  I am very happy that I got to see a version of The Specials fronted by Terry Hall in Chicago in 2013 (https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/the-specials/2013/vic-theatre-chicago-il-2bdb587e.html)

Setlist:

2. The Specials - Man at the C&A (co-written with Jerry Dammers and was Terry Hall's first composition with The Specials)
3. Fun Boy Three - It Ain't What You Do It's the Way That You Do It (with Bananarama)
4. Fun Boy Three - Our Lips Are Sealed (co-written with Jane Wiedlin of the Go-Go's)
5. The Colourfield - I Can't Get Enough of You Baby (cover of song by the Four Seasons that became a hit by Smashmouth)
6. Terry, Blair, and Anouchka - Love Will Keep Us Together (Captain and Tenille song from 1973)
7. Vegas - She (with Dave Stewart of The Eurythmics)
8. Solo - I Saw the Light (cover of Todd Rundgren song)
